Coffee table arrived smashed. And so did the replacement. Shipped from China in low quality packaging. Delays in answering the phone. They refunded my money and left me with two lots of packaging to get rid of and two useless tables.

I purchased my lamp on 21/12/2024. I did not receive lamp until March 2025 which is okay, I was advised 6-8 week delivery & this went over but i accepted that. The lamp was broken when I received it. I contacted artspire immediately & had been informed they would post me a new one. It’s now the 6/05/2025 & I have a lamp that doesn’t work & have been told multiple times that ‘it’s coming’.
