Staff are friendly and understanding. Exceptional people who go above and beyond.
Kane is not only an empathetic, enthusiastic and caring psychologist. He also takes the time to understand how I best work and give me tasks that reflect it. This has included physical tasks, creative work, and role-playing activities. The reception staff are also incredibly kind and have made working my appointments around a full time job simple and manageable. Highly recommend!
Rikki at New Directions Psychology is the most caring, skilled and empathetic psychologist I've ever been to. She has such a humble, genuine demeanour, and made me feel safe even through some devastatingly difficult times. Had my first appointment there recently. Staff are wonderful, Professional and friendly. I've seen many psychologists and some can be very clinical and almost cold, this is not the case here at all. I'm very excited to start my journey with New Directions.
