For a psychology clinic that should be adept in catering for mental health I was shocked by my first impression from the receptionist. She was abrupt and dismissive. I had 4 interactions with her in total, and all of them left a sour taste. Terrible. Stay away. The 'director' expects the patient to KNOW their treatment options and what will work (sort of makes you wonder about their education doesn't it?). No help with anything. Then they blame you because you didn't tell them what treatment you wanted. Seriously I don't understand how this is allowed. Unless my psychologist from 2014 goes back into practice I will never seek a 'psychologists' help (hahaha) again.
