Very rude lady who answered the phone her name was sue she spoke with a very annoyed tone and was not very helpful at all she told me no one is available for you rude after I asked for a different physiologist and she hung up without even saying anything
Sue at reception needs to work on her tone of voice whilst on the phone. Rude
Damon is a wonderful Psychologist and is fantastic with teenagers. Please don’t let the receptionist reviews i see below turn you off seeing Damon!
Charged us even though the other parent did not return children into our care for the appointment AND we gave over 24 hours notice.
Excellent therapists. Please note New Directions is on the upper floor. Use main stairs or use walkway near chemist to access ramp at rear. Toilets also upstairs near ramp.
