I received an email Wednesday morning from new directions that my doctor and good friend Scott smith had passed on Monday the 15th. I decided to drive into town and drop by for two reason. First I wanted to express how sad I was that Scott passed, and to them I was sorry to hear the news. These folks have zero respect for your time. They will make an appointment and not honor it and then act like you are the bad guy. Definitely avoid this company. Update: These folks are trying to charge me over $1,000 for labs. Definitely gonna have to go after these crooks. Avoid this company at all costs.
Got here at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment had all the paperwork done and was ready in the waiting room at 1:30. It’s now 3:10 and the doctor still hasn’t come to see me. How inconsiderate to be over an hour and a half late. Do NOT come here unless you want to wait for hours in a room by yourself.
