New Directions continues to be a place of growth for our daughter as the program continually accommodates her changing needs, which have become less and less due to all of the support and knowledge that she has gained for having been part of NDFYA!

New Directions has a comprehensive program that allows young adults to pursue independence with supports and allows families to rest easy knowing their young adults are taken care of using a combination of professionals and mentors. It is a good way to disrupt patterns developed by continuing to live at home.

I wish we had found NDFYA sooner. The way their program is structured, it completely focuses on what sessions each client needs. Additionally, interactions within those sessions are customized to fit the specific needs of each client. The staff at NDFYA were able to help my son do things I never thought I'd see; most importantly having friends and carrying on full conversations with people. As our son grew, the focus of his treatment evolved to continue meeting him where he was at developmentally. We will be forever grateful... read more
