Meg Flynn is hands down the most exceptional therapist I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Over the past several years, I have visited New Directions for many workshops and mind-body-spirit healing sessions. I found everyone there to be warm and welcoming. The counselors are all kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I am intrigued by the Life Mapping process some of the therapists are now offering and am eager to hear more on this way of approaching my goals and intentions!

Geno Beniek was my therapist for several years but his therapy only made me more angry and upset at the only people who care about me. I'm not sure if he only helps certain people and not others. If I hadn't been recommended to him and had he not been my therapist, I would be a better and happier person.
