Kulwinder the old woman in shipping area is very rude and partial. Old lady does not know how to talk to workers.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY?????? There is next to zero customer care and communication. After spending $2,500 dollars on purchases with them, I am desperate, I had to make a separate purchase for my bulk product that I will be driving 3 hours one way to pick up, so I made a purchases of essential oils and more for a huge amount, then I get an email that my smaller purchase has to be picked up within 5 days or else I will get restocking charges, in the mean while I am not getting any updates on my 200 kg drum oils that t... read more
