EXCELLENT SERVICE
Whatever you do, don’t forget your password. I’ve been a customer here for 15 years and their website is atrocious. You cannot set up a new account if you’ve ever had one under your email, you can’t get a hold of customer service and you cannot reset your password
I’ve been a loyal customer of New Directions for a long time, but I’m very disappointed with the new minimum order requirement for pickup. It makes no sense — sometimes I order $500 worth of products, and other times I just need a quick $75 restock. I live only 5 minutes away from your facility and I shouldn’t be forced to pay $15 for shipping and wait up to a week for delivery, especially when I could easily pick it up the same day. Decent prices but then it doesn't make up for it when you get outrageous shipping fees. They need to negotiate with another provider. I pay $10-$15 at other business' and only $1 or $2 more on products and still save.
My order arrived within only 2 days, carefully packaged. I can’t wait to try my new ingredients !
