I was a resident around 2022 - 2023 ish, the staff was all amazing, Big Mac as we call him is the most amazing sobriety figure to have for children, and looking back other than missing home and occasionally getting in trouble with other kids I really do miss the peace and serenity this place brought me, looking back all I could think about was going home and using, but little did I know new directions would set me up with the foundations normal life couldn’t of taught me, forever greatful, this is definitely one of the bette... read more

My experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. Communication is practically nonexistent, and the therapist assigned to me is frequently unavailable due to medical leave, leaving my needs unsupported. The feeding schedule is inconsistent, meals are often served frozen, and concerns I raised were repeatedly ignored. I felt completely alone throughout the process, and instead of receiving help, things became significantly worse.
