We were needing a psychological test for our son, and every place we contacted had close to a one-year waiting list. New Direction was able to get us scheduled much sooner, which allowed us to get the answers and results we needed without such a long delay. Their psychological team was great, the entire process was smooth and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Had an evaluation in October 2024. Have been calling since to get the results. We are now in April 2025, soooo not too sure about that 48-72 business hour turn around time.

Would give zero stars if i could. This is not a facility equipped to deal with mental health patients. There is no communication between “doctors” or with the patient as to what the next steps are. The office will never answer and when they do they give you attitude. You can’t ask questions without them treating you like you’re bothering them. Let alone if you complain about something you are automatically wrong. The disrespect i got from the owner(?) was so unprofessional especially when you’re dealing with mental health. D... read more

Needed a Psychological Test for our son. Everyone had a waiting list some as long as a year. We called this office. He received the test and the results in 6 weeks. We would have still be waiting if it wasn't for them. Customer service was great; they were very informative and very professional. The entire process was seamless. I would recommend this office.
