Had an evaluation in October 2024. Have been calling since to get the results. We are now in April 2025, soooo not too sure about that 48-72 business hour turn around time.
They submitted a referral for my daughter to receive a psychological evaluation. When they called to schedule it with me, they couldn’t tell me who requested the referral or the reason for the referral. No one contacted me prior to notify me of any expected issues. My daughter has Medicaid and I’m sure they just made the referral to bill the company.
Would give zero stars if i could. This is not a facility equipped to deal with mental health patients. There is no communication between “doctors” or with the patient as to what the next steps are. The office will never answer and when they do they give you attitude. You can’t ask questions without them treating you like you’re bothering them. Let alone if you complain about something you are automatically wrong. The disrespect i got from the owner(?) was so unprofessional especially when you’re dealing with mental health. D... read more
