My daughter was experiencing a lot of challenges after our divorce, so we reached out to this practice for support. The care and guidance she received truly helped turn her life around. They also added family counseling to help all of us work through the changes together, which made such a positive difference for our entire family. I am so grateful we found this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality mental health services.

A friend referred us to this practice because their child was receiving services here, and I am so grateful they did. From the very beginning, the experience has been exceptional. Trash practice. Says they "take Tricare" then schedules out 2+ years. They then come back and tell us "if you have another provider we can get you in sooner". Talk about scamming your patients. It's not surprising they have such a low rating.

We were needing a psychological test for our son, and every place we contacted had close to a one-year waiting list. New Direction was able to get us scheduled much sooner, which allowed us to get the answers and results we needed without such a long delay. Their psychological team was great, the entire process was smooth and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Would give zero stars if i could. This is not a facility equipped to deal with mental health patients. There is no communication between “doctors” or with the patient as to what the next steps are. The office will never answer and when they do they give you attitude. You can’t ask questions without them treating you like you’re bothering them. Let alone if you complain about something you are automatically wrong. The disrespect i got from the owner(?) was so unprofessional especially when you’re dealing with mental health. D... read more
