We had such a bad experience with NDTCO. We had a State retirement rollover that we did with this company that ended with us missing the 60 day window to put it in a self directed IRA. We had provided bank statements showing the transaction from the state retirement funds and had even got on a 3 way call with our NDTCO account manager and the state retirement agent to confirm the rollover.
