New Direction was excellent with handling my Child Custody/Child Support Case. It’s a bit more stressful being out of state but they are trustworthy. My Attorney Matt Jackson was there for me every step of the way in a case that was a long process. He always made me aware of the strategy and he is very comfortable in a Court setting. I got the exact custody order I asked for and I am forever thankful 10 out of 10!!!!

I retained this law firm in December 2024, and initially everything seemed to be going well. Unfortunately, after I experienced a financial hardship in March 2026 and there was an issue regarding payment, communication from my attorney, Chris Hicks, completely stopped.
