I went everywhere to try and fix my back pain. I did chiropractic, saw a spine surgeon, worked with personal trainers and physical therapists. Nothing helped. Once I got to ND Wellness there specialized approach and exercise techniques had me feeling better almost immediately. I would never go anywhere else! New Dimensions is hands down the best!
I love this place. I’ve accomplished a lot in fitness and mental health. The benefits of one visit is the same as multiple visits mentally , emotionally and physically. During each visit I received one on one instruction training, communication of understanding and suggestions to assist with practicing from home. Keeping it simple, as I only just signed up a few hours ago, but I'll share brief first impressions after walking in: I wasn't expecting what I got. Learning about body alignment, movement, tissues, etc I had an amazing experience during my tour. When the tension on my body was relieved, shortly afterwards, I had a realization of who I did not want to be in the future. It was a rush of emotions and a flash memory of something bad in my past. Best wellness club ever! Highly recommend for physical therapy and athletic training. The hyperbaric chamber has helped my sleep so much.
