Very poor management, cant keep workers. And the ones that stay on with them, they treat poorly. Wouldn't recommend.
We have been very greatful to have New Dimensions part of my moms care. The weekly nurse visits show compassion, quality attentive care and genuine concern for my mom. The staff at New Dimensions is courteous, responsive and very pleasant to work with. I am grateful for their care.
I have worked in several positions at New Dimensions and had nothing but positive experience. HR and the owners have always been nothing but helpful. Home care is a wonderful career to be in, the clients you get to meet along your path are great and really need your care.
I enjoyed working here for 7+ years. The care provided is good and the clientele varied and interesting. I was able to learn different aspects of home care such as private duty nursing and multiple payor sources. The coworkers truly become family. This job probably has had the best morale of any company I have experienced. The only negative is the pay is low, but all the positives made up for it. Had I not relocated, I would venture to say I would still be working here.
