Honestly, this gym is the only place I willingly suffer and somehow enjoy it. The vibe is unmatched, the people are elite, and the energy just hits different. I came here for a workout and ended up with a whole routine, family and absolutely dreading the day I have to leave.

Great gym. Unique atmosphere, like no other local gyms. Great staff. Huge gym, heaps of variety, more than others. Seperate womens gym, which is huge as well. Huge studio for classes. Huge child minding Creche. Heaps of at the door parking. Local food shops just a 2 min walk to main road of food places. Heaps of food restaurants etc. About 8 to 10 min walk from train station.

The nicest hands down staff I've met, can't wait to go back Benny was amazing to us and our family helping us sign up. Really looking forward to going back the members seem really good here and I like the atmosphere. Air conditioning beautiful. Great vibes
