Making an appointment was very easy; unfortunately, the medication management was not effective, and the symptoms were very difficult to manage, making it impossible to attend the sessions. As a result, my relative was dismissed for missing two sessions.

New Dimensions has helped me to start to change negative thought patterns that I have struggle with for years. Their staff is fantastic and caring. They cultivate an environment of respect and acceptance amongst the group therapy sessions. They provide training on tools to deal with stress, trauma, anxiety and many other things. I enrolled as a patient at New Dimensions with no prior experience with iop. I called all around Houston and I gave this center a chance because they were the first ones to pick up the phone with a sense of compassion in their voices.
