Our journey with New Design was Dec. 4, 2020-Aug. 13, 2021 (nothing to do with covid). We ordered kitchen countertops and backsplashes. Upon initial installation, one worker indicated the backsplashes were not loaded on the truck for some reason (unsure why). Unethical sales practices. Received a quote after waiting for two weeks. The quote was for $37,000 for a bathroom remodel. When I inquired about the price I was told that it was due to the size of my home and the return on my investment. I know a rip off when I hear one.
