New Design Electrical were professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. They recommended an excellent GoodWe battery system for my existing solar, installed it along with an EV charger and made sure I understood the system and all the supporting software. Communication before, during and after the installation was fantastic. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Will and the team!

Will and his crew replaced/upgraded our solar system yesterday. Job was completed within the day ready for inspection. All personnel were very polite throughout and the yard was cleaned before their departure - you wouldn’t know they had been here.

We have used New Design Electrical for our Solar and Battery installations across multiple properties and have no hesitation in recommending them. Will and his team provided a thoroughly professional experience throughout the whole process, from quotation to completion. In addition they have continued to provide on going support as needed.

Bill and his team did a great job preparing, communicating and installing our system. They made it all happen in one working day and then left the site spotless when they finished. The team is well drilled, professional and great communicators. Really appreciated the whole teams on site courtesy as well.

I had my solar system installed by Will and his crew today. Service and quality of work second to none! It's hard to find tradies these days that turn up, let alone treat you with respect while giving you a quality service. I can now, and am more than happy to, recommend New Design Electrical for your electrical needs. I've already referred them to family.
