I'm a new customer at New Deal Furniture. Back in April 2012, I purchased a recliner and a headboard with footboard. 6 months later the recliner broke. Needless to say I had to fix it!! About a week later it broke again in a different spot. So now I have to fix it again. It's almost like they get your money then that's all they want. I'll never return there again. For anyone that's wants good quality and service, do not go there!!!!
WORST FURNITURE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!! Mind you, this is the short version. Bought some living room furniture in December and it went over without a hitch. Went back, bought an additional piece. We were told it would take a week. The week came and went and we didn't receive any call to advise of the delay. Called to find out that the date was pushed out. Next date came and went and same problem. Called and spoke with a manager that assured free delivery and a discount coupon. That didn't happen. 8 wks+ and I finally got del... read more
