There is no other storage unit I would use. I never had to use a storage unit before but I'm glad Laura helped me out so much even though I was driving myself crazy trying to get everything to fit in the units. She was extremely helpful and very polite. I am glad I called there first it is very clean and easy to move around there. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a storage unit.

I've been a customer for at least 15 years beginning with the original owners. I've had nothing but positive experiences with New Day. The property is well maintained and the owner, Laura, is always available when needed. Highly recommend.

Owners were super fast in responding communication is wonderful. Provided excellent customer service gave a friendly reminder when a payment was overdue without charging a late fee facility was clean and ready to use when moving my belongings to the facility..

Please find another place to rent a unit. My unit was broken into. I was told they had video surveillance. All they use are trail cameras, which did not catch anything. I was directed to the insurance company they have, but they gave me the run around and refused to pay.
