Got my telehealth appointments fast. Receptionist/scheduler was nice. They also offer in person and accepted my insurance.
Very good.
It's always easy because Dr. Kim does it with me. But anything else on the sight is confusing. Messaging your Dr. is not as easy at it could be and there is no reassurance it went through to the correct place/person.
Absolute POSs. I scheduled an appointment with a Psychiatrist through them and the cancelled it three days before it, because I didn't add my credit card ino into portal. Here's the catch: I went into the portal do do just that and couldn't find anywhere to input my billing information, so I send them a message through the portal asking them to help and direct me; Instead of calling, emailing, texting, or messing me through the portal to help me with my request, they proceed to cancel my appointment.
