Poor communication. I leave messages with the staff, and nobody replies.
So happy I found Dr. Royer. She has helped me so much and such a short time. I feel so comfortable with her and she helps me see things in a different way. In the past I would try and seek therapy but never seem to find someone that would get me. I had given up. She listens but does not tell you what you have to do. I can honestly say that I found myself again with her help.
The therapy provided by New Day Psychotherapy group is good. However, their billing is terrible! They made a series of charges to our credit card back in early 2020. They admitted the charges were mistakes and promised to reimburse us. After many many phone calls and emails, they still have not done so after 7 months.
I write as a long-time colleague of the practice's lead psychologist. New Day operates at the highest level of professionalism. The organization is run by and staffed with a wonderful bunch of folks you'll want to meet. Only the highest marks for this group, at any of their offices.
