Josh is a great guy he will help u with your rental needs.
Very assertive and prompt of anything needs done. Listen to your opinion and concerns. Highly recommended to rent from were used for your rentals.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t about not getting the house we applied for. The rating is due to the fact we waited to hear if we got approved or not for a week and was told we would get call backs multiple times and never did. It’s ok to not get a house but it’s not ok to be unprofessional and not get a call back while we are actively looking for a home and waiting to hear back from someone.
Josh is a very good guy!! He is helpful, and the property I reside in is very nice. Also, well kept and great neighbor hood. Im very comfortable and happy with New Day properties. ☺️
