Awesomeness.
Lived here since 2013 and this is the best landlord ive experienced! The few problems we had, they were very timely and fixed them immediately. When encountering any issues, they communicate well. And as a vendor they have provided ample work, And have paid in a timely manner. I have zero complaints. I recommend them highly for any rental needs, and as far as work goes, they have provided many houses that supported us as a business. Thank you!
We've been renting an office space from New Day Property Management Company for almost two years now. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and the team at New Day. Great people and wonderful managers. The Central Business Suites building is welcoming, beautifully remodeled, and always spotless. This people are unprofessional and rude. They are bias if you have a voucher but pretend to be Christians. Ridiculous Edit: yes exactly the only properties you have are awful because you all aren’t willing to be helpful and have decent section 8 vouchers
I normally don't post negative reviews but the unprofessional actions deemed it appropriate. I saw on available house managed by New Day online and was called about a week after paying and filling out an application to look at it. After I met with them, I expressed interest and was told they would call me on Monday but there shouldn't be any problems with me renting the property.
