I can’t say enough good things about both Ken and Mark. They are very professional and customer friendly. I called them on a Tuesday and they installed a stair lift on Friday. Mark did the actual install and he was very compassionate and made sure we were pleased with the stair lift and were comfortable using it. Mark also installed a grab bar in our downstairs bathroom. I believe we will need a ramp in the future and I won’t hesitate to call Ken’s next day mobility.
The ramp is perfect. Now my Dad will be able to go outside if he wants or needs to. The transaction was quick and easy. Professional service. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.
