This is an extremely filthy organization. For example, you can't just call to ask for leave; you need proof of illness from your company or a hospital. Otherwise, they consider it absence and will report you to court. Furthermore, they love to lie. When I said I wanted to transfer my classes to another state, their instructors lied and said it wasn't possible. They said I had to drive to CHINO every week for classes, but that's not true. Requested an appointment on their website just to receive a text from them asking me to call to make an appointment. Like what kind of service is that? Why even text and waste both your time and mine? Taking my business to a facility with providers and staff that actually care, and will assist patients from the start. Worst first impression.

Very unprofessional, finished my counseling sessions and Dr selim never recorded two of them and told social worker I needed to finish them even though I was charged for all of the sessions, furthermore he then wouldn't provide a mandatory completion paper j had to provide to the courts for my kid, asked for the paper for almost 3 months.. was recommended suing them which I will be following through with asap and refusing to pay for my services as they refused to follow through with there part..
