The most unethical place I’ve ever been to. Waited for my records forever, never saw billing docs I requested. Thank God my therapist left that dungeon. Fraudulent billing —They should be ashamed of themselves
The staff is extremely unprofessional. I waited over a half hour and never saw anyone. Not even a receptionist. I had to call the office from my phone to get anyone to come out. I told them I was leaving and discontinuing my service with them. Also the phone number and name has been changed to hope and healing. They also had a poorly trained dog that would bark and jump all over me. I have a fear of dogs as I've been bit by three of them.
Wonderful atmosphere, very caring staff!! Feels like a second home! Thank you for all you do!
Nikka is excellent, she gets me with minimal wording. Every staff member that I've come across has been wonderful!
