My husband and I went there for marital therapy which made a big difference in our relationship. I would definitely reccomend.
Wasn't real sure about counseling for my wife and me but it went well. Relationship is much better now. Good customer service and military paid for all of it.
A Great Service! – Great Service and insurance paid for everything. Made a huge difference in my kids behavior.
Only care about getting your money!! – They don't even deserve 1 star!! I have family members that were using this facility and they were recently hit by a tornado and missed their appt. without 24 hour notice because of that. This center STILL charged them $150 for the appointment they missed because they think the $60,000 worth of damage to their home was not servere enough to cause them to miss the appt. even though they had to be home because people were coming back and forth to tarp their house and do other things. Got appointment same day. – Same day appointment for my child. A+
Charge my debit card with no notification – This is a counseling office. And in their paperwork I had to fill out and return prior to my first meeting (at least 20 pages worth of paperwork) I had to give them my debit card information, for them to keep on file (they also made copies of my debit card. My doctors office doesn't even make copies of my debit card). And they charged my debit card, on a day that I was not in the office, with no notification before hand. Helped my daughter when nobody else could. – My daughter was on the verge of being kicked out of school. Now she is getting B's and no more calls from the school. :) Also checked the BBB before going there and the company is A rated so don't really get the negative reviews here.
stay away – Please do not let this establishment help you with your legitimate concerns. They take your money for all kinds of crazy reasons(even when you have insurance) and the psychologist offers no help at all. You go in and chit chat and the real problem is never addressed nor does she know how to fix it. Waste of time and money. Scam
terrible customer service – dont waste your time. the people are nice..but the customer service skills stink! If they messed up it was my problem and I got charged if I messed up and it was my problem I was charged. This was a waste of time and money. DONT DO IT!
