I can’t say enough about the amazing job Kaleb did cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet. We had quite a few spots and stains on our light-colored carpet, but after the cleaning, it looked even better than when we moved in. Kaleb was friendly, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. He also let us know about restoration services for our hardwood floors, which we’re interested in. Very versatile and accommodating service. Highly recommend!

We have used New Day Carpet Cleaning several times over the years. Each time, the service has been excellent. Kaleb cleaned our sofa where our dog likes to sit, sleep, and scratch, and managed to remove stains we thought would never come out. He is very careful with carpet cleaning and takes extra steps to protect furniture legs and casters with fluid barriers. I had my carpets cleaned in my apartment living room, hallway, and one bedroom in Lemon Grove. I called New Day Carpet Cleaning and was really happy with how quickly they got back to me and scheduled the appointment. Kaleb and his coworker showed up right on time, set up their equipment, and finished the steam cleaning in under 40 minutes. i am completely happy with how my carpet cleaning turned out. the technician, mike, showed up on time, acted professionally, and worked really hard. there was a small difference between the estimate i got over the phone and the price after mike checked everything in person. i called and explained the estimate versus the quote, and the office staff were very helpful, talked to the owner, and made sure everything was handled fairly. my carpet and both rugs look fantastic! i'm honestly surprised at how clean everything is. in t... read more

New Day Carpet Cleaning is fantastic! Their carpet cleaning service is excellent and they have always responded quickly whenever I needed them. We took a chance getting light-colored carpets in our home, especially with two young kids. Thanks to Ricky, our carpets still look fresh and clean, and we never have to stress about stains.
