After a pipe leak caused water damage in my home, the team quickly arranged to pick up my area rugs and keep them safely stored while the flooring work was being finished. Once the rugs were returned, they looked fresh, clean, and full of color again, with the fibers feeling soft and renewed. erick went above and beyond to help us after a water issue affected our carpet in Buena Park. He arrived around 6:30 pm for an emergency carpet cleaning and extraction service and stayed until the job was fully finished later that night. he was professional, responsive, and made the whole carpet cleaning process much less stressful. Getting a quote was simple, and scheduling was easy to work out with New Day Carpet Cleaning. We had a very large sectional sofa cleaned that seats more than 10 people and gets heavy use from 3 dogs, so it needed deep upholstery cleaning and real attention.
