I had an appointment on a Thursday afternoon and was told Wednesday that it would have to be that Friday. I rearranged my whole schedule for that Friday and they waited until 745pm Thursday night to try to reschedule for that Sunday. They apparently don’t care about the business as they used the excuse that one of the vacuums broke when they could have gone to Home Depot and rent one which is what we ended up doing.
Incredible service! I was astounded at the deep clean they were able to achieve on our cream carpets. Our specialist, Mason, was exceedingly pleasant and professional, performing his work flawlessly. They also coordinated with me to secure four complimentary carpet cleaning sessions at a time that suited us in Bellingham. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services!
