We had our carpets and dryer vent cleaned by New Day Carpet Cleaners, and the whole visit went smoothly from start to finish. Charles called ahead to confirm the appointment and let us know he was on the way, and he even arrived a little early. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered my questions clearly before getting started, then worked efficiently with very little disruption while I was busy in my home office. The carpet cleaning made a big difference right away. The carpets looked bright, fresh, an... read more

I had measured short at first, but pedro worked it out in my favor and made the whole carpet and flooring job easy to understand. The installation crew was very careful, detailed, and professional, and they did excellent work from start ... read more

Unfortunately, not long after I set it down, my dog got sick and there were multiple stains left on the carpet, right before my party. I was worried, but my decorator recommended a professional carpet cleaning service. From the moment I reached out, Wayne and Jerry made me feel confident that they could take care of the stains and have my rug ready before th... read more
