jacob arrived within the scheduled time window for my carpet cleaning. he was very professional, even finding humor in my silly jokes. he explained the carpet cleaning process and pointed out that due to the size of the vacuum, there might be small spots that could get missed. overall, it was a great experience in carson. someone should definitely consider giving him a pay bump and perhaps a cookie.
