Denied ability to make a new appointment because I cancelled an Appointment in 2015 (may have been later) then showed up to an appointment in 2021 but there was an issue with my insurance and was told it was no problem to reschedule when I got it fixed. Called to make new appointment with new insurance to find that I had been “discharged from their practice for no-shows”. All missed appointments were cancelled within 24hrs. Just another missed opportunity with a good patient.
I am no longer in the area but I so wish I was only to be able to see Dr. Black. She was wonderful. So kind, and patient and knowledgeable. Her staff was professional, welcoming and respectful. I truly miss her. They offer nothing like this where I live now in PA.
Dr Black is thorough and compassionate. I love her staff and the positive attitudes I have experienced. My only recommendation would be to have an online patient access program in order to send and receive messages to doctor and access lab results. I would recommend this practice!
Dr Black is very thorough and knowledgeable, and will also explain why if needed. Her understanding and explanation of blood work is far more detailed than I have experienced with other doctors in the past. She listens to your issues and makes reasonable decisions.
The staff is lovely the environment is clean and welcoming.
