Dawn is the reason people hate therapy and have a such a negative association. Having to tell her that it's unprofessional to eat while we are meeting and then hearing her explain how it isn't, mind blowing. Hanging up on me was the cake topper! We never even got into the reason why reached out in the first place. Don't waste your money, time, and most important, mental health.

BEWARE! Poor communication and unsafe practices! After seeing Dawn for a few counseling appts, my teen shared some unsafe behaviors/suicidal thoughts with Dawn, who REPORTED NOTHING TO US PARENTS. A few days later, we rushed my child to the ER with an attempt. Over the couple of months of appointments with Dawn, she gave ZERO COMMUNICATION to the parents. And told me she could not help me and that my issues were to intense for a psychologist to handle. She gave no further references for me to go to and said I should be an inpatient and need medication. Then she told me I'll get her bill and kicked me out. She was a waste of an hour of my entire life.

Dawn is fantastic. Our sessions are always productive and thoughtful. Dawn made me think for myself! She is very easy to communicate with and she's transparent about the entire process. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone seeking help/assistance through difficult times.
