How if you are a patient and the person who see you knows that you are due for a refill but that person leaves for a conference out of the state and do not refill your meds before leaving, and they tell you that you have e to wait until that person comes back in order to get your meds. That's very unprofessional and mediocre service, no proper planning at all. Will not recommend to anyone.

I've been going to New Dawn Services for almost a year. I've never had an issue with scheduling or cancelling an appt. It's different that they offer psychiatrists' over video chat, but it's convenient for me.
Friendly staff and great counselors!!! Been coming here weekly since 2012. They do accept Tricare.
