I tried this outpatient the kid that's in charge Daniel I think is his name is a joke don't expect to learn anything here.

The education was focused on the clients needs. Will work with you to develop a recovery plan and tools that works for you. Not a one size fits all. All the counselors genuinely care about each client. The alumni meetings/events/network are a great way to stay connected to your recovery and have fun. Really feel supported after the IOP education.

If you actually need help. If you are actually really struggling and need assistance from a real knowledgeable counselor. This is not for you. I spend time in their inpatient and that was great. I got my head straight. It really helped me. This is a joke half of the time. Ok place for reinforcement, but do not expect to actually learn anything. To each their own.

Daniel is a joke. I had a hard time connecting with my counselor for many reasons and I wanted to switch counselors. I was very polite and respectful in my email in asking to do so and Daniel called and said he read my email and found it inappropriate (screenshot of email attached). I was attending here by choice but have unenrolled and will go else where for help. Liz knows how to talk to people, Daniel and Tina do not.

After I got out of residential, I went straight to IOP . The support I received was amazing! Counselors took their time to get to know you and your situation . With the tools I learned in the recommendations of the counselors , I was ready to start a new life for myself. The whole New dawn experience literally saved my life! A chance to have this new life I thought was out of reach. But I have been sober for almost two years now .
