Amazing staff and doctors. I would reccomend this to anyone who's trying to get clean, or needs safe supply, I also think they have a walk in. Marwa is an amazing staff member and is always so nice and caring 10/10 I would've given 10 outta 10 the other day but my doctor is never available in the morning and I feel poorly treated and taken care of, they know I'm a morning person and the still give me a doctor that works in the afternoons when I have to get stuff done a day before my cancer surgery..not happy....

The freedom trail clinic in Orillia, less than professional. Over a matter of $20 dollars they allowed a long time patient to go into withdrawal for 3 days because she didn't make it over to the clinic on time to pay that lousy 20 dollars as she works and didnt wake up in time. So they left her without a prescription and the particular patient has been on methadone for nearly 3 years! How unprofessional and ignorant and not to mention dangerous!! Sickening!!
