Cherise is the best, since switching clinics last year I could not be more happy. Everyone at New Dawn is amazing, understanding, non judgemental and just sweet as could be. Always supportive and always smiling. I suggest going if your making the decision to get help
If i could give zero starts I would so I have been a patient at the whitby clinic for a few months. I missed an appointment due to internet outage and phone issues due to the outage I understood that i needed to pay a fee for the missed appt and that was fine. however my psychiatrist dr beverly chuong (whitby clinic) refused to give me my medication until the fee was paid explained i couldnt afford at the moment but if she could supply me with at least one refill she stated i was not allowed to get my medication and that i w... read more
Absolutely the worst ! If you try to rebook a simple visit the staff especially the ‘mainline and Pickering’ will be insulting you and call you a liar. These people shouldn’t be allowed to work with vulnerable people because they have Zero empathy and no compassion. Plus the male at Pickering has made comments where I don’t feel comfortable around him, and have asked several times to not be exposed to him at anytime, and it’s gone well until they moved offices. My experience at the Pickering location with Cherise and Emily has truly been phenomenal. Their knowledge, empathy and compassion make my appointments incredibly pleasant. My appreciation for the clinic, staff and doctors is unmatched and I sincerely thank Cherise and Emily for all they have assisted me with during this medical journey.
New Dawn Medical is by far the best clinic out there! Emily and Cherise go above and beyond and make you feel like family, they are honestly the reason I continue to attend this clinic despite the fact that I now live 30 minutes from Pickering. Emily always has a smile on her face and is the most kind and humble soul. Cherise is a gem as well.. she truly cares about all of the patients at New Dawn. These two make the clinic run it would not be the same without them... they go the extra mile. Keep up the great work ladies!
