My experience at the Pickering location with Cherise and Emily has truly been phenomenal. Their knowledge, empathy and compassion make my appointments incredibly pleasant. My appreciation for the clinic, staff and doctors is unmatched and I sincerely thank Cherise and Emily for all they have assisted me with during this medical journey.
Cherise is the best, since switching clinics last year I could not be more happy. Everyone at New Dawn is amazing, understanding, non judgemental and just sweet as could be. Always supportive and always smiling. I suggest going if your making the decision to get help
I see Cherise more often than Emily and Cherise is a very helpful person and always does her best to help with any questions I may have about methadone and other medications. If i could give zero starts I would so I have been a patient at the whitby clinic for a few months. I missed an appointment due to internet outage and phone issues due to the outage I understood that i needed to pay a fee for the missed appt and that was fine. however my psychiatrist dr beverly chuong (whitby clinic) refused to give me my medication until the fee was paid explained i couldnt afford at the moment but if she could supply me with at least one refill she stated i was not allowed to get my medication and that i w... read more
Let me tell u, Cherise is the most kindness woman I have met in a very long time. She is definitely one of a kind. She is so easy to talk too and genuinely cares about people. Please keep working here Cherise !! Emily is such a lovely woman she cares about the clients here She is absolutely beautiful inside and outside!!. I've always noticed that between Emily and Cherise they both remember all the clients names and believe you me there are alot of clients here!!! Thanks Cherise and Emily for being who u are !!!!
