When I first walked through the door of new dawn I had hit my rock bottom. Cherise did my intake and that's usually who I see when I go in. She goes absolutely above and beyond, and has become like family. Her unwavering support has been an important piece of my recovery. Last but certainly not least Emily. Although I don't see Emily as often. Whenever I do I'm always met with kind words and support. It is very apparent to me these lady's find satisfaction in assisting all of us as individuals on our journey.
My experience at the Pickering location with Cherise and Emily has truly been phenomenal. Their knowledge, empathy and compassion make my appointments incredibly pleasant. My appreciation for the clinic, staff and doctors is unmatched and I sincerely thank Cherise and Emily for all they have assisted me with during this medical journey.
I see Cherise more often than Emily and Cherise is a very helpful person and always does her best to help with any questions I may have about methadone and other medications. Cherise is very nice and is a straightforward person and is always concerned about peoples concerns and general questions. She gives great advice and she makes sure that you are good with it. The people there go above & beyond to help with their patients. Cerise is always helping to accommodate my needs! She is always friendly & works really hard! She is always trying to make things work out to the benefit the patients. She is awesome & is really understanding! She& emily r wonderful. Emily is also very good at this job & is always there to help. She is such a good worker!
New Dawn Medical is by far the best clinic out there! Emily and Cherise go above and beyond and make you feel like family, they are honestly the reason I continue to attend this clinic despite the fact that I now live 30 minutes from Pickering. Emily always has a smile on her face and is the most kind and humble soul. Cherise is a gem as well.. she truly cares about all of the patients at New Dawn. These two make the clinic run it would not be the same without them... they go the extra mile. Keep up the great work ladies!
