As a person suffering from an alcohol addiction, I tried to call and get help. I explained i was out of town but would come to town to do what I need to. The intake girl refused to even set me an appointment till I "pissed clean". She was rude and treated me like some kind of drug addict. Im not sub human, I needed ur help, u treated me like shit. Luckily FAST has better trained individuals and ill be going with them. Shame on you.
