Based on the positive reviews and because I wanted to support a black-owned business, I scheduled a 10:15 massage for my husband's birthday (4.26). This lady never showed up! I called three times and even left a voicemail. She's yet to call back. I've attached images to show. How unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate! How do you own a business (and have the nerve to charge a non-refundable deposit) and NOT show up for the appointment AND fail to communicate with the client? PLEASE do not waste your time with this lad... read more
