I’ve been working with New Dawn Landscaping for five years. They are always on time. They keep my yard looking clean and weed free. They aerate and seed the lawn as needed, snd do excellent work on mulching, as well as fall and spring cleanups. When I need the irrigation fixed, they quickly respond. All the plantings have done really well. If something falls down in a storm, they stake the trees and do cleanup. Often I’ll be out of town and need them to pop by to check on things. If your community is looking for new contractors, stay away from these guys! They say one thing, but don’t even do what the contract states. VERY poor quality of work, not careful with peoples property, they leave a bigger mess than start with. And they definitely do not do anything extra, like pick up branches, or clean up streets, or water the newly planted plants. Everything is an extra charge, and you will need to micromanage them to get anything done well. We’ve had them for few years. Fair warning!!
