Bought a home from New Dawn that was built in 2012, even so the company was able to help me with a lot of questions I had about the building before purchase and even helped fixed some broken items in the home without charge. I'm leaving a review here for other subtrades. New Dawn placed an order with us for around $20,000 of site signage and hording for their River Valley Estates Project. We arranged shipping and sent it to them. Unfortunately we're almost a year out and we can't get any emails responded or our invoice paid. Think twice about working for them.
