We moved into our New Dawn home just over four years ago. Our house has been solidly built and the team still answers questions if anything comes up. They’ve never let us down with coming by to fix any issues. What makes a company is how they handle when things don’t meet the contract and New Dawn stepped up each time. Bought a home from New Dawn that was built in 2012, even so the company was able to help me with a lot of questions I had about the building before purchase and even helped fixed some broken items in the home without charge. I had a good experience with this company where they presented good integrity.
