Only one chair but the lady did an excellent job. She really listened to what I wanted and is skilled with shears and clippers. Update: I basically won't let anyone else but Estella cut my hair because she is the best so I definitely recommend New Cuts. She recently moved within the same complex to a different unit.
Signs read $7.99 for a haircut. At the end of the haircut I was told they were $13. I took out my card and they said cash only. I didn’t have cash and they asked me to leave my card or a phone to give me a reason to come back. I said since they were the ones who were honest up front, that I’m not going to trust that. I came back and paid $15, did not get change. The haircut was ok, but they didn’t spray my hair with water at all, and got hair all over instead of clumps that stick together.
