I just called their number and one lady picked up the call. I asked her do you color beard. Her response was so rude I was surprised NO WE DON'T COLOR BEARD. I asked why are so angry she said because you are asking wrong question and then she hung up on me....wow..seriously like what is wrong with this question asking as a customer if you provide particular service or not?. Really unbelievable how these guys are running their shop with this kind of pathetic customer service.
Jackie is amazing. Very friendly, great with kids and makes my boys look brand new! Appointments are needed as she gets booked up fast. Definitely recommend!
