NEW has been the worst customer service. We have insurance on a wireless phone. Every time we call to get an update on our service they say that they are updating their computers and they will call us back in 2-3 business days. 5 times this has happened. We get nowhere with the customer service. Our phone is broken and they will not follow through with their product we have purchased. Starting to seem like a scam!
