I bought a Subaru outback, within a year it needed a head gasket. So I traded that in for the cheapest thing he had, which was a Ford, and after 10 months that needed a transmission. I would not buy from him again!!
Purchased a 2017 Subaru here for our daughter’s first car. Dan is extremely friendly, and honest. While I am mechanically inclined, I also wanted a second set of eyes. Brought it to local Subaru dealer for an overall mechanical inspection (I paid for this). He even held the car for free while I waited for the Subaru appointment (two days)! Front to back, solid car. Super happy thus far.
