I had an issue with a check I received in the mail. The staff here were very helpful and got the issue cleared up. Since my car payment was coming out of this check, they never marked me as late on the payment. They did everything right to help me get this resolved quickly.
Do not bank with these clowns. I had a online purchase I never received gave the bank all my information pretaining to my issue. They credited me the money about a couple weeks after said visit. I get a call now 3 weeks after the fact from the bank stating they took the money back out because the vendor stated they sent the product. However they have no proof it was delivered to me no picture of my home or address. I have cameras all around my house.
