The service I receive at the Mechanicsburg branch of NCFCU is nothing less than superior. Briana, Tya and the entire staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. Great loan rates and hometown service give this credit union a solid "A+"
I needed to go to NCFCU to fill out papers for fraud because my debit card was hacked and using just the card number someone made $225 worth of purchases before the computer put a hold on it. What distressed me was upon entering I asked who I should speak to about this issue. One of the tellers said she'd help me at the desk. She sat down and placed papers in front of me.
