CeCi has been doing my locs for the past 4 years and has never disappointed. Even when I wasn't really sure what i wanted she got me right! I have restarted my locs twice now and she has been the best to do it. She always gives me great styles as well as washes and retwist. Not to mention but she makes this amazing all natural hair oil that has had my hair in the best condition. She is the best loctican I know by far!
