Ceci is an excellent braider! The booking process was super easy and straightforward, and she answered any questions I had. I walked into her establishment and immediately felt welcomed. It was so clean and filled with entertainment. Ceci got started on time, offered snacks, allowed me to sleep if I got tired, gave me access to water, and explained every step of the process as my hair was being braided.
