Very poor service, since moving from NHS to solutions 4 health. Many services have been reduced. No appointments. Access is limited. Only 1 toilet for all rooms. Dodgy area. Wouldn’t recommend. It needs serious improvement. Test kits have to be ordered but never arrive. Absolute joke. Building and area is really bad. No ventilation in building and just awful and weird. Have to ring to enter and is located in a dodgy area.
Great experience from nurses and receptionists
Staff are great especially Michelle. However since it moved to solutions 4 health it’s went downhill. Would not recommend!
Where to begin but not worthy of any stars. Since 2023 this service was took over by a Private Company - Solutions 4 Health. I wish it went back to being under the NHS , I cannot still understand other than cost why the contract was give to them from Newcastle Council. A new report published weeks ago said the service could and should be better. It’s 2 years too late.
